Meagan Dux was born and raised in Perth, Western Australia. She attended Murdoch University, where she graduated with a degree in Theatre and Drama. During her time at university, Meagan was an Actor and Stage Manager.
Meagan penned her first novel, Sarah’s Dream, in 2013. Following the completion of this novel, Meagan decided to not pursue publication due to personal reasons. Following this, she penned her second and third novels, one of which is her debut novel, The Rise of Delilah (2017), and it’s follow up, The Miracle of Delilah (2018).
Meagan is currently working behind the scenes on her completed fourth manuscript (a New Adult novel with a strong focus on mental health). She is also due to begin editing her fifth manuscript within the next few months while also beginning the process of writing book six, another New Adult novel.
When not working on her novels, Meagan spends her days drinking too much coffee, listening to way too many Coldplay, Dean Lewis, The Script and Imagine Dragons songs, reading as many books as she can and spending time with her family (and her parents two Pomeranians Ollie and Lilly) and friends.
She resides in Western Australia with her with her beloved Labrador, Marley and her adopted cat, Archie. Her inspirations include J.K. Rowling, Stephen King, Jamie McGuire and Colleen Hoover. Some of her favourite novels include Love Rosie, The Coincidence of Callie and Kayden, Beautiful Disaster, Maybe Someday, November 9, Mr Mercedes and the Dexter series.
